Katya Doytcheva, C.D.T.
Katya Doytcheva is a Certified Dental Technician (C.D.T.) in Ceramics. Katya joined Distinctive Dental Studio, Ltd. in 2001 and has earned her way to the position of Lab Manager. Katya holds a degree in Dental Technology from the Medical College in Sofia, Bulgaria, and has been a technician since 1994. She is trained in all aspects of the field and specialized in ceramics before becoming a CDT in 2003. She has attended classes by BEGO, Germany, in Wax Up technique and Polychromatic Porcelain Build Up and later lectures and hands-on classes by renowned technicians such as Peter Pizzi, Dan Cornell, Masayuki Hoshi, and others.

I have a passion for dental ceramics, especially anterior cases and custom shades. I am involved with quality control, training, case planning, and digital design approvals.”
Katya and her husband reside in Aurora and enjoy spending time with their two beautiful daughters, who are keeping them busy!
