Valplast® Flexible Partials
Turnaround Days In-House: 6 Days
Product Description
Valplast® flexible removable partial dentures utilize a pressure-injected denture base resin ideal for partial dentures and unilateral restorations. The resin (made in the U.S.A.) is a biocompatible nylon thermoplastic that does not deteriorate chemically when coming in contact with bacteria and fluids of the mouth. It is thinner and more translucent than traditional acrylic partials and uses Retento-Grip® tissue-bearing technique for retention. The innovation of the Valplast® partial allows the restoration to adapt to the constant movement and flexibility of the patients mouth by balancing masticatory forces over the entire supporting ridge instead of individual support points. As a result, the balanced distribution of forces can often lead to longer lasting appliances that may not require frequent relines or tooth additions. The thinness, combined with flexibility and light weight, provides the patient with total comfort and great looks. Valplast® is the inventor of the flexible partial denture and has been teaching technicians how to make flexible partial dentures since 1953!
Distinctive Dental Studio, Ltd. has demonstrated high quality in the fabrication of Valplast® partial dentures and unilaterals and as such is classified as a Valplast® Certified Laboratory.
As an added benefit, along with the complete partial, Distinctive Dental Studio, Ltd. will include a Patient Care Pamphlet, a Valplast® Certificate of Authenticity with Serial Number, and a 1 month sample packet of a Val-Clean® Dental Appliance Cleaner with each case.
