PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Valplast Flexible Removable Partial Dentures utilize a flexible material that reduces chair time, eliminates invasive procedures and does away with the abundance of cumbersome and costly materials. The flexibility of this material removes many of the unwanted aspects of metal partials. It also enables the complete restoration to be completed within fewer steps mainly due to preparation of the natural teeth to be unnecessary.

CLINICAL PREPARATION: Valplast uses the Retento-Grip^® tissue-bearing technique for retention. No tooth or tissue preparation is needed. Distinctive Dental Studio, Ltd. (an authorized processing laboratory) requires only a model poured promptly and carefully from mucostatic impression and counter-model. A wax try-in is recommended prior to completion.

INSERTING VALPLAST^® PARTIALS: Simply by placing the case in very hot tap water for approximately one minute, you can achieve a very smooth insertion and an excellent adaptation to the natural tissues of the mouth. If a clasp isn’t fitting perfectly, you may adjust is slightly by immersing that area of the partial in hot water and bending the clasp outward or inward as needed.

RELINING VALSPLAST^®: If a reline is indicated, simply remove all adhesives from the tissue side of the partial and take an impression in a closed mouth position. Then take an alginate pickup impression, pour immediately and then send to Distinctive Dental Studio, Ltd. (an authorized processing laboratory).
