Indications

Procera® AllCeram Bridge can be used in any part of the mouth. Metal allergies and/or esthetics are indications for posterior placement. Procera® AllCeram Bridge can also be used in conjunction with implant treatment. A connector height of at least 3 mm must be created during preparation. The edentulous space must be less than 11 mm in length.

Preoperative site. Old PFM bridges with visible metal collars and poor soft-tissue response.	Site after preparation. Moderate chamfer design and an occlusal-cervical height of more than 3mm.	Site after cementation. Good soft-tissue response and no metal shadows. A very natural appearance.

Procera® AllCeram Bridge can be utilized on implants for cemented solutions. The endentulous space must be less than 11 mm and the occlusal-cervical height more than 3mm.

Contraindications

• Bruxism and/or periodontal problems
• Tilted molars
• Temporary cementation

Preparation Techniques

General guidelines are identical to those for the crown with the following additions:

The prepared teeth must allow for a bridge with an occlusal-gingival height of more than 3mm. The edentulous space between the unprepared teeth has to be less than 11 mm. The preparation should also be tapered away from the edentulous space to enable the correct connector design.
